I hate to say it, but if you (oily skin very active glands), then change the normal balance of capacity (the surpluses in their case) if they are "dry" oil, which .... that cause more oil is produced.
Your skin has a minimum of oil per day. If you change the output, the body responds. Powder and make-up did not help. Making temporary adjustments that compensate for your body forever!
Clinique Prescriptives or go to Lord & Taylor department store or a fine which may help.
